A mi-chemin

A mi-chemin means 'halfway'. The vineyards from Paul Girard are located in Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. For this cuvée he blends juice from these two villages and two consecutive years. The dosage is kept low to let the wine shine. The work in the vineyards is done with a lot of care for the environment and nature. With biodynamic prepatations, green manure or conservation grazing Paul Girard does everything to ensure healthy vines and high quality grapes.
