From the heart of Mesnil, picked in a mosaic of grand cru vineyards, comes the chardonnay for this lovely blanc de blancs. One third of the wine has aged on barrel for seven months, which adds complexity and body to this elegant champagne. A champagne that reminds us of white Burgundy. With its three liters jeroboam, or double magnum, is the kickoff for a great party.
