Vintage 2009 Collection d'Auteur

Champagne from vintage year 2009 is made of chardonnay grown in the very best vineyards in grand cru village Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger. Vinification and aging for ten months takes place in used oak. Afterwards the champagne is allowed another ten years of bottle aging on its lees in cellar.
