Vintage 2011 lieu-dit 'Les Grillons'

This champagne from vintage year 2011 is made of meunier grown in a vineyard called Les Grillons, in Montigny-sous-Châtillon. Vinification and aging for ten months takes place in oak. Afterwards the champagne is allowed another seven years of bottle aging on its lees in cellar.
