Vintage 2006 Cuvee Louis Salmon blanc de blancs

This prestige cuvee is a tribute to Louis Salmon, brother of founder Elisabeth Salmon. As a winemaker he was involved with Billecart Salmon from the early start. 

The chardonnay grapes are picked in grand cru vineyards in Cotes des Blancs, half of which was vinified on oak. A wonderfully elegant champagne: white fruit in aroma and a rich flavor.
