Nice dry, rich blend made of three grape varieties from the heart of the Marne valley, the villages Cuisles and Châtillon sur Marne. The grapes, picked in two consecutive years, are vinified in inox, part of the wine goes through malolactic fermentation. 30% of the wine ages in oak barrels, the other part in inox. After second fermentation the champagne is allowed sixty months aging on the lees in cellar.
Fresh, rich en dry at the same time: a pleasantly complex champagne with impressions of blossom and lemon pie.
