In grand cru village Verzy, Montagne de Reims, the Deville family has been actively involved in grape growing for four generations. Since 1963 they produce their own champagnes under the label Pierre Deville. Alan Corbeaux, great grandchild of the founder, is stepping in now.
In 2017 he started the transformation towards organic and biodynamic practices in the five hectares of vineyards, where both pinot noir (60%) and chardonnay (40%) are planted. With his cuvees Copin Alban makes his entry into the champagne world.
