Lovely blend of grapes from vineyards around Bouzy and southern Aube. Malolactic fermentation was blocked in the base wine to keep fresh acidity, after second fermentation the champagne is allowed two years on its lees in cellar.
Floral and fruity, this is a nice drinkable champagne: pinot gives it length, chardonnay great freshness. Just drink it.
