Chardonnay is the only grape variety in this elegant champagne. The grapes come from a limestone-kimmeridge soli, picked in vintage year 2014. In the cellar they have been in inox only. Een wonderfully full, sultry and fruity blanc de blancs. Try it with lobster or some Comte cheese.

Vintage year 2014 was not easy: after a warm and dry spring, a damp summer followed. Only towards September sunshine made for a good finish.
