An explosion of flavour in this richly colored rose champagne made of pinot noir. The grapes were allowed no less than eighty hours of skin maceration, hence the full color. Both in aroma and flavour lots of red summer fruit like strawberry, rosebud and raspberry, and hints of green herbs like thyme: an expressive, really exciting rose champagne.

Vintage year 2014 was not easy: after a warm and dry spring, a damp summer followed. Only towards September sunshine made for a good finish.

Nice and dry, try it with lamb or a roasted beetroot dish.
