In addition to his sparkling wines Thibaud Brocard produces a still red wine: pinot noir from a vineyard named 'les Argilieres'. Indigenous yeast, malolactic fermentation, no filtration, no added sulphur: this is an exciting, funky natural wine with lively, expressive red fruit and a good backbone at the same time.
