Vintage 1995 rose P2
Dom Perignon champagnes are usually allowed about eight years of aging on the lees, some of the bottles may stay in cellar even longer. After thirteen to fifteen years, the champagne goes through a second phase of ultimate ripeness, or plenitude, which gives it a lot of intensity, energy and complexity. A special champagne at its second peak, you could say.
P2 rose 1995 has a rich, fruity aroma: cherries, pansies, praline, some smokiness. Elegant, fleshy and slichtly exotic.
