Rose grand cru (July 2021)

Wonderfully dry, complex rose champagne made of grapes from grand cru vineyards in Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay. Half of the wine is from vintage year 2016, the other part is wine from the two previous years. Still red gives the wine its pink color. The grapes were fermented in oak barrels, after second fermentation the champagnes is allowed extensive time in cellar.

Complex yet fresh: this is a fantastic rose champagne.
