Coteaux champenois Goulats rouge 2016
Still red wine made of pinot noir grapes from one vineyard with old vines in Chamery. The grapes were allowed 24 days of maceration in used oak, with spontaneous fermentation, and no sulfite was added.

This wine was produced in the cellars of Thomas Perseval. Only in 2020 did Émilien Feneuil get his own wine press.
