Cuvee Dosage Zero

Dry blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, 80% of the wine aged in oak barrels. White fruit, a nice round mouthfeel: this is a champagne with a rich flavor and dry finish.

Good as an aperitif, serve it with a cheese platter with goat cheese or charcuterie.
