Vintage 2013 lieu-dit 'Les Beurys' maceration rose
After harvest 2013 the pinot noir grapes from vineyard Les Beurys went through two and a half days of skin maceration: color from the skins is extracted and turns the juice pink. This is a dry rose champagne that was allowed a long aging time in cellar: an exciting treat and welcome partner at the table, try it with fresh tuna or lobster.
