Chardonnay champagne made of fruit from vineyards in Avize and the Marne valley. Fermentation takes place mostly in stainless steel, with 25% in large oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is allowed, and before degorgement the champagne rests on it lees for 18-24 months. One third is reserve wine from the solera system that Étienne started in 2011, in which older and younger vintages are blended continuously.
