Cuvee 737 Degorgement Tardif
Description
Cuvee 737 Degorgement Tardif
The Jacquesson champagnes in the 700 series are complex and dry and age really well. The first bottles are released after four years of aging. The second batch is degorged much later, after about nine years of aging on the lees: degorgement tardif.
Cuvee 737 had 2009 as its base year.
The Degorgement Tardif champagnes are a true delight for champagne lovers. A well aged, complex champagne with a smooth mouthfeel and gentle acidity. Sip it slowly, the serve some smoked fish and cream with it.
