Sig'nature

Dry champagne with lots of pinot noir, the grapes come from southern vineyards in Louvois, Bouzy and Tauxières. The base wine is in email tank for ten months, after second fermentation the champagne ages on its lees for four years. Pinot noir brings structure and strength: a nice, very dry champagne.
