Rich and ripe, this is a dry blend of meunier and pinot noir, aged in cellar for a long time.The best fruit from vineyards around Cuisles, picked in 2008, received oak aging. After second fermentation the champagne was allowed ten years of aging on its lees in cellar.
Dried fruit, vanilla, pie crust: this is a special champagne with rich flavors. Use wide glasses and sip it with patience.
