Vintage 2013 Hommage parcellaire 'La Sablonnière'

A hommage to the pinot noir vineyard 'La Sablonniere' in Olizy. The grapes, picked in vintage year 2013, were vinified in oak, malolactic fermentation was blocked to preserve a nice acidity. After second fermentation the champagne was allowed three years of aging on its lees in cellar. 

A champagne with freshness: green fruit like apple and kiwi in the aromas, a round flavor with grainy tannins and fine bitters in the finish.
