Grande Cuvee Edition 166
Description
Grande Cuvee Edition 166
Krug's main champagne is the Grande Cuvee, a champagne as Joseph Krug (1800-1866) envisioned it: a champagne with an annual high quality regardless of growing and ripening conditions per vintage. With a great selection of reserve wine from different vineyards and vintage years, maison Krug makes a beautiful blend of pinot noir, chardonnay and meunier, produced with lots of patience. With its pretty golden color and fine bubbles, Grande Cuvee is a great example of a classic, stylish champagne.
Edition 166 has 2010 as its base year; 42% is reserve wine from ten other vintage years.
