The first wine by the Mignon brothers is a chardonnay champagne, made of grapes from old vines in Avize, Cramant en Cuis. The production is limited: less than 5000 bottles were made.
A refined, fresh champagne with hints of white and yellow fruit: great as an aperitif, also good with light (raw) fish dishes.
