With his vintages, Jerome Dehours wants to express the vintage year, no matter what the weather circumstances were. For him, vintage is not about waiting for a 'great' year. The blend is different every year.
Made of very ripe grapes - picking started only early October - Dehours produced this blend in 2013 with meunier from Cerseuil and Port à Binson, and chardonnay from lieux-dit Brisefer. Nice dry blend with over six years of aging in cellar.
