This wonderfully dry blend is made of pinot noir and chardonnay from grand cru village Verzy, and consists of three consecutive vintage years. One fourth of the wine is vinified in oak barrels. After second fermentation the champagne is allowed 32 months of aging on its lees. All in all an exciting champagne: take your time to sip it.
Good as an aperitif, also a nice companion to charcuterie or a vegetable quiche.
