l'Incandescent rose de saignee
Rose champagne made of grapes from vineyards in grand cru village Verzy. Pinot noir grapes from vintage year 2016 received 28 hours of skin maceration and were fermented with indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation was allowed for a smooth mouthfeel.
With its aroma of red fruit and some spiciness - think cherry, lavender, eucalyptus, pomegranate - l'Incandescent is an elegant and expressive rose, refined and dry. A wonderful rose to serve at the table, for instance with steak tartare or roasted beetroot.
