Vintage 2012

Palmer's vintage champagne consist of similar parts of pinot noir and chardonnay, from vineyards in grand cru and premier cru villages in Montagne de Reims. The champagne is allowed six to eight years of aging in cellar.

Growing season 2012 started off as a challenge, with frost, hail and lots of rain, yet a warm summer and sunny August and September turned things around. 2012 is considered a very good year, the vintage champagnes are great to drink now.
