Rich demi sec
In 2001 Pol Roger launched a slightly sweet champagne. Pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay are present in equal parts, the champagne received four years of aging in cellar.
Dried fruit and honey are the general impressions, yet this champagne has nice freshness too. Serve it with a dessert that is not too sweet. Even more exciting is a combination with a cheese platter or fatty meat like goose.
