Vintage 2015 rosé

This rose has many similarities with Pol Roger's brut vintage: lots of pinot noir, in this case some still red wine was added. 

Fermentation takes place on low temperature, malolactic fermentation is allowed, and after second fermentation the wine stays in cellar for six years. Remuage, the riddling of the bottles just before degorgement, is done by hand. 

A light colored rose with a fine fruity aroma: raspberry, cherry. Fresh yet complex, try it with salmon or sushi.
