Dry, fresh blend of grapes from vineyards in seven villages around Pierry, like Dizy, Mardeuil and Épernay. A small part was fermented in oak, about 50% reserve wine from a solera system was added. The champagne was allowed five years of cellar aging.
Pleasantly fresh and accessible with a dry finish.
