V.P. Vieillissement Prolongé grand cru (July 2021)

Powerful elegant blend of grapes from grand cru vineyards in Ambonnay, that received extra long aging time in cellar. Half consists of wine from vintage year 2013, the other part is from the two previous years. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, after second fermentation the champagne is allowed no less than seven year in cellar.
