When Emmanuel Brochet took over the family vineyards in 1997, his aim was clear: make his own champagnes. He converted the vineyards on Mont Benoît to organic and now produces about 7000-8000 bottles annually on 2.5 hectares. The domain in premier cru village Villers-aux-Noeuds, in Montage de Reims, has pinot noir, meunier and chardonnay parcels.
