In Taissy, south of Reims, you can find domain Jules Brochet. Pierric Brochet is the young maker who took over the family business and continues the traditions of champagne production. Brochet, who is also a triathlon athlete, is fascinated by terroir and now makes champagnes with which he tries to show the terroir differences of his vineyards in Montage de Reims.
