Primitif

The first cuvees made by champagne maker Alban Corbeaux were a blanc de noirs and a blanc de blancs. With Primitif a pleasant blend is added to the Pierre Deville collection.

The grapes were picked in Verzy vineyards; the base year is 2019, reserve wine is from two previous vintages. One third of the wine was fermented in oak, malolactic fermentation was allowed for a smooth mouthfeel. A fruity, really pleasant champagne with a red fruit aroma, and great structure and length.
