This special Champagne comes from 2 single plots from the Bollinger house, in Ay; Les Chaudes Terres and Clos Saint Jacques. These 2 plots survived Phylloxera in the 20th century, and therefore, the name of the cuvée, Vieilles Vignes Francaises means French Old Vines. Only 2193 bottles were produced in 2012. The bottle comes in a beautiful wooden box.

2012 had a slow growing season and high levels of rainfall, giving small berries, concentrated in flavours and with high quality juice.
