For eight generations the Rodez family has been active in Champagne. From the moment he took over the family domain, in 1982, Eric Rodez aimed for a clean and respectful way of treating his vineyards. Step by step he developed ways to work organically and biodynamically.

At this moment Eric and Martine Rodez work six hectares of vineyards around grand cru village Ambonnay, where pinot noir and chardonnay thrive.

As a champagne maker for Krug, Eric Rodez got a lot of experience with blending. For his own champagnes he uses both small barrels and stainless steel, malolactic fermentation is sometimes allowed and sometimes not, and several vintage years are blended into one wine.

Eric Rodez champagnes are complex and layered, special sparkling wines to enjoy sip by sip - try them with good food.

The ninth generation is on its way: son Mickael Rodez is actively involved in this beautiful family domain.
